DSW, LCSW-QS • Licensed Clinical Social Worker • Qualified Supervisor
Natalie Ellis, DSW, LCSW-QS, is a licensed clinical social worker and qualified supervisor who believes healing begins in spaces where people feel safe, supported, and truly seen. Through Sage & Sol Therapy, Natalie has created a practice grounded in warmth, presence, and a holistic understanding of well-being.
Natalie approaches therapy as a collaborative and grounded process, recognizing that each person carries a unique story shaped by life experiences, relationships, and personal resilience. Her work centers on holding space for clients to slow down, reflect, and explore their inner experiences without judgment or pressure. She believes that when people feel safe enough to be vulnerable without pause, meaningful growth and healing can begin.
Her approach considers the connection between mind, body, and environment, recognizing that emotional well-being is influenced by many aspects of life. Natalie works with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, grief, and emotional overwhelm. She is trained in brainspotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, couples work, supporting individuals living with chronic health conditions, and working with those connected to military culture.
In addition to providing therapy, Natalie serves as a qualified supervisor for registered clinical social work interns in Florida and values mentorship rooted in reflective practice and professional growth.
Natalie completed both her Master of Social Work (MSW) and Doctor of Social Work (DSW) at Tulane University — one of the nation's leading social work programs. A proud member of the Tulane community, she carries the spirit of "Roll Wave" and the New Orleans motto "Laissez les bons temps rouler" — let the good times roll — into everything she does. The Tulane ethos of community, resilience, and joyful perseverance lives at the heart of her practice.

Brainspotting is a powerful brain-body therapy that uses the field of vision to locate unprocessed trauma stored in the nervous system. Unlike traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting works below the level of conscious thought — allowing for deep, lasting healing that reaches the root of pain, not just the surface.
As a trained Brainspotting therapist, I use this approach to help clients process trauma, anxiety, grief, and emotional overwhelm in a gentle, supported way.

I understand that military life carries its own unique culture, language, and set of experiences — and that navigating mental health care as a service member, veteran, or military family member can feel different from civilian therapy.
I am trained to work with individuals connected to military culture, offering a space that honors your service, respects your experiences, and meets you with cultural competence and genuine understanding. Whether you are navigating deployment transitions, reintegration, grief, trauma, or the invisible weight of service, you deserve care that truly sees you.
For Emerging Clinicians
Licensed Clinical Social Worker • Qualified Supervisor • Florida
As a Florida Qualified Supervisor, I provide clinical supervision to Registered Clinical Social Work Interns working toward licensure. My supervision approach is collaborative and holistic, grounded in the belief that strong clinicians develop through reflective practice, supportive mentorship, and intentional professional growth.
Supervision is more than a requirement — it is a meaningful process of developing your clinical competence, confidence, and professional identity.
I view supervision as an active partnership. Together, we create a space where curiosity is encouraged, clinical challenges are explored openly, and growth occurs through thoughtful dialogue. My role is to guide, support, and challenge you while helping you strengthen your own clinical voice.
You can expect a supportive environment where questions are welcomed and reflection is valued.
Effective clinicians are supported not only in skill development, but also in self-awareness and sustainability. I approach supervision holistically, recognizing the importance of integrating professional growth with personal well-being.
My goal is to support you in becoming a grounded, ethical, and resilient clinician.
Whether you prefer face-to-face meetings or the flexibility of virtual supervision, sessions are structured to ensure compliance with Florida Board requirements while fostering meaningful professional development.

I offer individual counseling, marriage and couples therapy, and women's support groups. My approach blends evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brainspotting with a holistic understanding of the whole person — mind, body, and environment.
Yes! I offer both secure telehealth sessions and in-person sessions. I also offer walk and talk therapy — outdoor sessions in the Panama City area for those who find movement and nature helpful to the therapeutic process. Telehealth sessions are available to clients in Florida and Pennsylvania.
I am available Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. I am not currently offering regular weekend appointments, but if a weekend session is important to you, please reach out and we can work together to find a time that fits.
Our free consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation — typically 15 to 20 minutes. It's a chance for you to share a little about what's bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for whether we might be a good fit. There's no commitment required, and I'm happy to point you in the right direction even if we're not the right match.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to work toward. It's a warm, judgment-free conversation — there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and hopeful.
Individual Session: $150 per 50-minute session
Extended Individual: $225 per 80-minute session

I am currently an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not directly bill insurance. All services are provided on a private pay basis. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is dependent on your individual plan and cannot be guaranteed.
We've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits. Mentaya is perfect if you have out-of-network benefits, feel overwhelmed by superbills, or simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork.
Here's how it works: you sign up at mentaya.co/inviteclient/sagesoltherapy, our practice enters your sessions into the platform, Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up, and you get reimbursed. Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim and guarantees successful submission — or a full refund of their fees. Check if you qualify here.
I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee. I understand that life happens — if something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to work something out.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before your first session. This estimate is provided to help you understand what you may owe and is not a contract or guarantee of final charges. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
