Telehealth therapy with me works just like in-person therapy — the only difference is that we meet over a secure video platform from wherever you are. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, and I offer extended 80-minute sessions for deeper work.
I take a holistic, nature-inspired approach to healing. My practice blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and a whole-person philosophy that honors your mind, body, and spirit. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out — we start exactly where you are.
Online therapy removes many of the barriers that keep people from getting support — no commute, no parking, no waiting rooms, and no need to take extra time off work. For clients in rural Pennsylvania, telehealth can be especially valuable when local options are limited. Evening appointments (3–9 PM, Monday–Friday) make it easy to fit sessions into a full schedule.
I am a private-pay therapist, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I accept insurance through Headway — if your plan is supported, you may be able to see me at a reduced cost. I also partner with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits for reimbursement.

I offer evening appointments Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST, making it easy to fit therapy into a busy schedule. Weekend sessions may be arranged upon request.
